Terms and conditions.

Orders are requests until Dollydiamond Tasty Bites and Sips confirms availability, final pricing and preparation or fulfilment arrangements.

Pricing and customizations

Prices are shown in Nigerian naira. Some ingredients, premium combinations, Greek yogurt options and delivery charges require confirmation. An unconfirmed price is not a final charge. Included ingredients are not charged twice.

Preparation and fulfilment

Orders are prepared on a pre-order basis. Shawarma preparation is generally 45 minutes to one hour, subject to confirmation. Pickup details, delivery zones, fees and timing must be confirmed with the business.

Payments

Online payment is available only when the payment provider integration is configured and active. A WhatsApp message is not a completed payment or an accepted order.

Changes and cancellations

Contact the business as soon as possible to request changes or cancellation. Any refund or cancellation decision is confirmed by the business according to its published policy.

Before launch: configure and publish the business' actual delivery, cancellation, refund and contact policies.
